Enterprise Account Executive

Our Sales team drives the entire company forward by bringing our SaaS solution to new customers and builds a strong and sustainable customer base primed for up-sell - every single day. Our Sales team drives the entire company forward by bringing our SaaS solution to new customers and builds a strong and sustainable customer base primed for up-sell - every single day. We are a motivated, high-energy crew driven by insatiable curiosity and creativity paired with the discipline, accountability and teamwork of a wolfpack.

What you'll do

  • Hunt and close new accounts in your assigned territory
  • Expand ARR contracts with existing customers as part of total quota
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Partner with Presales  & Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction among your clients

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to VP and C-level executives
  • You have an HR tech or a data solution background
  • You have a proven track record of success selling into enterprise and large enterprise companies
  • You have early stage companyexperience
  • You're able to consistently deliver on 6+ figure deals
  • You're a validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company) with strong customer reference, proven by repeat sales.
  • You have team selling experience
  • You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • You're fluent in English
  • You're based Londonand eager to work on-site at least 2-3 days each week
  • Bonus: overall experience with AI-first ways of working.
