- Term Time Nursery Practitioner – Bermondsey SE16 We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a small, family-run nursery in Bermondsey. Established for over 10 years, this warm, community-focused setting offers a close-knit and friendly team environment. You’ll be based in one large room caring for children aged 2–5 years, supporting up to 20 children and contributing to a nurturing, engaging learning space. What we can offer you (benefits): • £13 per hour • 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Term-time only • Annual leave • Company pension • Birthdays off • Free uniform • Christmas vouchers • Friendly, family-run team with a supportive, community-based atmosphere • Small setting with a strong sense of belonging and stability What we need from you: • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification • Minimum 1 year of experience in an early years setting • Strong understanding of the EYFS • Ability to work well within a small, supportive team • Commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Your duties will include: • Supporting the day-to-day running of one room for children aged 2–5 • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS • Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues • Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment • Supporting the emotional and developmental needs of all children - Shift: 30hrs
