This nursery is a brand new setting, offering an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join from the very beginning. The nursery is looking for someone who wants to help shape a warm, inspiring environment where children can thrive. As a new nursery, this is a chance to play a real part in building the culture, routines, and experiences from the ground up. Practitioners will be required across all age groups as the setting grows.

- Nursery Practitioner – Orpington BR6
This nursery is a brand new setting, offering an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join from the very beginning. The nursery is looking for someone who wants to help shape a warm, inspiring environment where children can thrive. As a new nursery, this is a chance to play a real part in building the culture, routines, and experiences from the ground up. Practitioners will be required across all age groups as the setting grows.

What we need from you:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • A nurturing, proactive, and professional approach
  • Confidence working across any age group
  • Experience is welcome, but the nursery focuses more on skills, knowledge, and passion

Your duties will include:

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and transitions
  • Contribute to observations and assessments of children’s development
  • Follow all nursery policies including safeguarding and health & safety
  • Work collaboratively within a small team caring for 24–28 children
