Enthusiastic childcare practitioner needed for a nursery team in the Harrogate area. Qualified staff with relevant childcare qualifications are required to join the supply team in NEWCASTLE. Usual shifts are weekdays either 8am - 4pm or 8am -6pm, and work available in term time and holidays on a short or long term basis. Pay is based on qualifications full and relevant to the EYFS qualified ratios in the region of £13.69 - £14.50per hour dependant on age and qualification. Driving not essential but you should be happy and able to commute in the local area.

++ Full or Part Time Qualified Nursery Assistant - £14.50 per hour ++

We're looking for qualified staff (with a full and relevant level 2/level 3 childcare, Playwork with early years element, EYP, EYE, EYPS, EYTS, or QTS, or working towards this) to join our busy supply team in NEWCASTLE

Usual shifts are weekdays either 8am - 4pm or 8am -6pm, and work available in term time and holidays on a short or long term basis - just let us know what you are looking for!

DUTIES

  • to provide excellent standards of care to babies and children under 5 years
  • to supervise and interact with the children, prioritising their safety and wellbeing above all other tasks
  • to champion the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, and according to Ofsted requirements
  • to provide excellent levels of communication to staff and colleagues
  • to be confident speaking to parents and carers about their children's day within the setting
  • to provide for personal routines and meal times, contributing to clean and hygienic standards
  • to bring ideas and enthusiasm to enhance the children's play and learning opportunities - to adhere to the settings policies and procedures to maintain the wellbeing of all children- to actively seek opportunities to develop professionally
  • to lead by example, creating a welcoming an inclusive environment

Flexible hours to suit you, great rates of pay plus holiday pay, we are looking for enthusiastic, capable childcarers to join our [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Temp Team. Positions can be full time, part time or ad hoc to suit your own commitments. We would love to hear more about your childcare experience and your skills. You will join our fantastic team of teachers, nannies, nursery practitioners, college and university students, support workers, sports leaders, performing arts tutors, and early years professionals providing amazing care in nursery or creche settings with children predominately aged 0-5 years. We have work available during weekdays, with various hours to suit. Being able to drive is a plus, but not essential as long as you are able and flexible to travel in the local area. You will build experience and references, and we can support you to find a permanent position if you decide you'd like a more fixed role. Support can be given to obtain a DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificate, as well as further training available for CPD and childcare qualifications if interested in building your career
