What we can offer you (benefits): • Up to £13.28 per hour • £500 welcome bonus • Employee of the Month award with a voucher of your choice • Performance-related bonus • 50% childcare discount • Wellness day • Full-time role – Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week What we need from you: • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years • At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years setting • Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare • Passion for supporting children’s development • Ability to work effectively within a team • Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures Your duties will include: • Taking responsibility for a key group of children • Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to support children’s development • Planning and providing effective teaching, learning, and care • Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of all children • Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals • Using accurate observations and assessments to support individual learning and development
