Property Listing Specialist & Valuer

Thamestone Ltd. is seeking a Property Listing Specialist & Valuer to research market trends, develop promotional strategies, create content, and manage marketing materials. The role requires at least 2 years of marketing experience, fluency in Chinese and English, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Research the trends in the UK property market, analyse the needs of investors from the Asia-Pacific region and China, and provide market insights and marketing recommendations.
  • Promotional Strategy: Responsible for devising and executing both online and offline promotional plans for UK property, including the website, social media (Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video Account, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and exhibition events, to enhance brand recognition and attract potential clients.
  • Content Creation: Consolidate developer information and proprietary materials, and compose high-quality property promotional content—including social media posts, short videos, and blog articles—to boost customer engagement and participation.
  • Promotional Material Management: Responsible for planning and producing marketing materials (posters, brochures, advertisements, etc.) to ensure a consistent brand image.
  • Brand Promotion: Participate in branding and marketing activities to increase the company's influence in the UK property sector.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of various marketing activities, analyse data and optimise promotional strategies to improve customer conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in the UK property market or related industries.
  • Familiarity with the UK property market and an understanding of the psychology and needs of investors from China and the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Excellent communication and marketing planning skills, with the ability to independently manage marketing projects.
  • Proficient in content creation, with expertise in utilising social media and digital marketing tools (Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video Account, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with excellent translation and bilingual writing skills.
