Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the team in developing new business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure a superior service experience.
• Analyse market trends and provide effective sales strategies and recommendations.
• Ensure that all property information is accurate, compliant, and meets company standards.
• Participate in branding activities to enhance the company’s market influence.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in the property industry, specifically within a London second-hand property agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to efficiently close deals.
• A keen understanding of market trends and the capability to formulate and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to drive team growth.
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred.
