Media Executive
As a Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. Your expertise in paid advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimisation will be crucial in achieving our marketing goals. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and target audience.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key insights about the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others as relevant.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximise ROI.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise ad performance and identify successful strategies.
- Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to refine targeting, messaging, and audience segmentation.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for search advertising campaigns.
- Define and refine target audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviours, and other criteria.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with other marketing initiatives.
- Regular weekly / bi-weekly / monthly reports and meetings with clients to discuss the performance.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (2 years +) in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics to extract actionable insights.
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills to communicate with clients and optimise campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
