FULL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a field based White Goods Appliance Engineer to work in the London and surrounding area, to carry out diagnostics and repairs of various kitchen appliances including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers, fridge freezers, microwaves, extractors etc. You will be required to service, diagnose faults and repair domestic appliances to a high standard ensuring minimal recalls and a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Hold a current full driving licence
- Competent in the safe use & operation of equipment
- Computer literacy for use with our Samsung PDA’s
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Self motivated & demonstrate pride and commitment in your work.
- Ability to prioritise work loads
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to understand faults
- Confident in providing best advice to customers and dealing with customers face to face
- You will be required to represent the company’s image at all times, through your work and the way you deal with customers.
- Previous experience in white goods repairs is essential.
