FULL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a field based maintenance/Handyman in the London area to inspect and carry out various planned and reactive repairs and maintenance duties within residential properties. The prospective candidate should have proven experience in the following areas; Kitchen/Bathroom fittings, plumbing inc taps, electric showers etc, electrics, carpentry, painting & decorating, replacing locks, tiling/wood flooring and general handyman repairs.
Requirements
- Hold a current full UK driving licence
- Competent in the safe use & operation of equipment
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Self motivated & demonstrate pride and commitment in your work.
- Ability to prioritise work loads
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to understand faults
- Confident in providing best advice to customers and dealing with customers face to face
- You will be required to represent the company’s image at all times, through your work and conduct with customers and clients.
- Previous proven Maintenance/Handyman experience is essential.
