Marketing Communication Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd is seeking a Marketing Communication Manager to increase brand awareness, manage media coverage, create engaging content, and manage events. The role is office-based in King's Cross, London, and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Get the Emma Basic brand noticed by retail buyers via media coverage at the Grocer magazine, newspapers, radio, TV.
  • Increase consumer engagement by creating & posting content & short videos on social media at one per week minimum frequency.
  • Manage trade shows and cause-related marketing events in the annual marketing calendar.
  • Continuously perfect the brand handbook and safeguard the brand standard. Maintain brand integrity, ensure all communications align with brand values.
  • Lead internal product benchmarking workshops at a minimum of one per month.
  • Continuously improve the company websites, product catalogue & SEO.
  • Research market trends, reporting your findings to the business.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven skills in copywriting
  • Competent in generating short videos.
  • Photographic skill, the ability to understand exposure, lighting, and focus
  • Outstanding skill in Adobe Creative Cloud/SEO/Google Analytics
  • Knowledge in the field of food& sustainability, ability to analyse food trends
  • Committed, focused, meticulous attention to detail
  • Language skills: Bilingual in Dutch, French or German would be beneficial

  • Annual Salary: £35,000
