As Restaurant Manager at [Employer hidden] Manchester, you’ll take full ownership of the front-of-house operation, leading a large, diverse team to deliver consistently brilliant hospitality. This is a senior, hands-on role for a confident leader who loves being on the floor, developing people and running a busy, high-performing restaurant to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service at every moment
  • Inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver warm, confident [Employer hidden] hospitality
  • Be a visible presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
  • Work closely with the General Manager and senior team to drive performance and results
  • Manage guest experience, feedback and service recovery with care and confidence
  • Support recruitment, training and progression across the FOH team

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or senior FOH leader in a quality, high-volume restaurant
  • A natural people leader who builds strong, motivated teams
  • Commercially aware, organised and calm under pressure
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, drink and guest experience
  • Values-led, collaborative and proud to run a great restaurant
