A Day in Your Neighbourhood

• Make it perfect: Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards, from making beds to shining mirrors and refreshing amenities.
• Keep it spotless: Dust, vacuum, sanitise, and reset rooms for new arrivals or continued stays, following all brand and hygiene standards.
• Manage supplies: Monitor linen and amenities in your trolley, restock as needed, and report low stock or damaged items to your supervisor.
• Support guests: Respond warmly to guest requests, from extra towels to local tips and always going the extra mile when you can.
• Stay alert: Report maintenance issues, lost property, or anything unusual to the housekeeping office, contributing to a safe and well-managed environment.
• Take initiative: Support spring cleans, deep cleans, and occasional public area cleaning if needed.
• Stay safe: Follow all manual handling, hygiene, safety, and COSHH procedures, and help create a safe environment for guests and team members alike.

What’s Your Story? You’re reliable, detail-focused, and enjoy physical work that makes a real impact. To thrive in this Room Attendant role, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a hotel or housekeeping role
• A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own section
• Physical fitness to be on your feet for most of the shift, lift up to 23kg, and perform repetitive tasks
• A flexible approach to shift work, including weekends and bank holidays
• A guest-first mind-set and willingness to support your team
