This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join [Employer hidden] Senior Lifestyle in a roving capacity, providing leadership and support across our portfolio of luxury care homes.

Your Role at [Employer hidden]

In this role, you will:

  • Step in to support homes during leadership transitions, annual leave, or recruitment periods.
  • Work alongside home teams to embed best practice in clinical delivery, compliance, and governance.
  • Support the roll-out of new clinical initiatives and quality improvement programmes.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to clinical teams across different locations.

You’ll bring the same skills and values as our permanent CSMs – current NMC registration, proven leadership experience, and a passion for person-centred care – but with the flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings.
