Do you want to make a real difference by saving lives? Are you calm under pressure and passionate about helping others? 39 Signal Regiment, part of the Royal Signals, is looking for dedicated individuals to join as Combat Medical Technicians (CMTs) in the Army Reserve. As a CMT, you'll be the first line of medical support for soldiers in barracks, on exercises, and during operations. You'll learn to provide life-saving care in challenging environments, from treating injuries in the field to supporting routine healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to gain medical skills, leadership experience, and qualifications that will benefit both your military and civilian career.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver first aid and trauma care in demanding conditions.
  • Support medical planning for exercises and deployments.
  • Train in advanced medical techniques and casualty evacuation.
  • Work alongside healthcare professionals and develop leadership skills.

What we offer:

  • Competitive daily pay (starting from £66 per day for trained soldiers).
  • Annual tax-free bounty up to £1,800 for meeting training commitments.
  • Fully funded training and qualifications in first aid, trauma care, and clinical skills.
  • Adventure, travel, and the chance to make a real difference.

Who we're looking for:

  • Individuals with an interest in healthcare (previous experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Calm, resilient team players who thrive under pressure.
  • UK residents aged 18-50, committed to serving part-time (typically 27 days per year).

Whether you're looking to start a career in healthcare, enhance your existing skills, or take on a rewarding challenge, the Army Reserve offers flexibility and purpose. Join a team that values professionalism, resilience, and compassion.
