As a Host at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you’ll be the first face our guests see and the tone-setter for their entire experience. This is a warm, active role at the heart of the restaurant — welcoming guests, managing the flow of service, and supporting the floor team to keep everything running smoothly. It’s not a desk job: you’ll be on your feet, interacting with guests and working closely with the team throughout service.

As a Host at [Employer hidden] , you’ll be the first face our guests see and the tone-setter for their entire experience. This is a warm, active role at the heart of the restaurant — welcoming guests, managing the flow of service, and supporting the floor team to keep everything running smoothly. It’s not a desk job: you’ll be on your feet, interacting with guests and working closely with the team throughout service.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, making everyone feel genuinely looked after
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service
- Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service
- Look after the cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods
- Support the floor team by helping set tables, reset sections and assist service when needed
- Communicate clearly with managers, reservations and the waiting team throughout service
