This is a warm, active role at the heart of the restaurant — welcoming guests, managing the flow of service, and supporting the floor team to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, making everyone feel genuinely looked after
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists during service
  • Seat guests and manage the flow of the restaurant to support smooth service
  • Look after the cloakroom and guest arrivals during busy periods
  • Support the floor team by helping set tables, reset sections and assist service when needed
  • Communicate clearly with managers, reservations and the waiting team throughout service
