As a business, RedCat are operating well and there’s lots of positive news out there about us at the moment. The job in a nutshell:

  • Take full accountability for day-to-day operations of the pub and restaurant.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team.
  • Deliver consistently outstanding service, food, and drink quality.
  • Drive revenue through events, promotions, and exceptional hospitality.
  • Oversee stock control, staffing, budgets, and compliance.
  • Build strong local relationships and maintain a loyal customer base.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager.
  • A confident leader with a hands-on approach and great communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise sales and control costs.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Experience managing food-led pubs or restaurants.
  • Sound knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and operational compliance.
