We are currently looking for a Baker Assistant to join our talented team!

The responsibilities of our Baker Assistant are:

  • Responsible for proving and baking on site of the bread & pastries, and any products decided by the Executive Chef.
  • Responsible for the preparation of savoury items and sandwiches.
  • Ensure the products are of the highest quality.
  • Managing food and stock rotation.

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Baker Assistant are:

  • Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is required.
  • Experience of working in a similar role and fast paced environment.

Working Hours:

This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week at our production site in Battersea on a rota basis 5 days out of 7. Shifts from 4am.
