About you: Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in. As a Support Worker, you’ll ensure that the individuals in our care are able to live their lives independently and engage in daily enrichment activities, while receiving focused, tailored support where needed.
