We are currently seeking a Baker Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

The responsibilities of our Baker Assistant are:
- Responsible for proving and baking on site of the bread & pastries, and any products decided by the Executive Chef.
- Responsible for the preparation of savoury items and sandwiches.
- Ensure the products are of the highest quality.
- Managing food and stock rotation.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Baker Assistant are:
- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is required.
- Experience of working in a similar role and fast paced environment.
Working Hours: On a rota basis 5 days out of 7. Shifts from 4am.
