Location: Heywood, OL10 2TN

Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 15:30pm, 40 hours per week, flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
  • To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
  • You will be responsible for a team of 14
  • Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
  • Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
  • Provide feedback and coaching on performance
  • To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSHH and Food Hygiene training
  • Managing daily kitchen operations, leading a culinary team, and ensuring high standards for food quality and safety
