FULL DESCRIPTION
We have a fantastic opportunity for dedicated, motivated and proactive individuals to join our dynamic teams supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Experience desirable but not essential as training is provided.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring and assisting residents with all aspects of their daily life.
- Supporting young adults/children with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, which may include challenging behaviour.
- Assisting residents as appropriate with all aspects of personal care, taking responsibility for collecting information regarding care plans.
- Attending reviews and meetings concerning residents, and any other related tasks as required.
- Take responsibility by following tailored plans of assistance for mobility, communication, social interaction, nutrition and physical care.
