THE ROLE: | Receptionist

As a receptionist, you provide our customers with a warm welcome and are dedicated to ensuring that every guest leaves wanting to come back again.

About you:

  • Exceptional customer service is a must.
  • You are the first point of contact for visiting guests. You have the flair and warmth to make our guests feel welcome and informed.
  • Organised and knowledgeable, you know what’s going on and when. If you don’t know the answer then you are the type to seek the answer. Clues cannot escape your notice; every conversation helps you personalise a guest’s stay. Birthdays are never missed with your wits!
  • Happy to quickly familiarise yourself with technology and systems.
