FULL DESCRIPTION

Quality Assurance Executive – Insurance

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated team member to complete quality checking of the Insurance department, to provide feedback, coach and train, and help to improve quality standards and results across the sales and retention teams. As Insurance is a regulated product and we are authorised and regulated by the FCA, the successful candidate must understand the importance of adhering to regulations. This will involve listening to sales and renewal calls to ensure our team are selling and renewing compliantly in line with our script and process, and ensuring any breaches are taken very seriously. You will also be responsible for monitoring cancellations, mid term amendments, renewal invitations, online sales and many more important tasks! The successful candidate must be self-motivated and self-disciplined, they must be an effective planner and organiser, able to work to timescales and at pace and demonstrate excellent knowledge and attention to detail.
