This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.

Reporting to the Referencing Director, the Referencing Support Chaser will be responsible for ensuring prospective tenants can move into their new homes quickly and smoothly. With full training provided, you’ll work as part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on reference requests to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with colleagues to streamline and improve the referencing process.
• Provide regular updates to letting agents and prospective tenants.
• Assist in achieving seamless move-ins by resolving any referencing delays.

Salary: £24,000.00 per year

If targets are met there is a monthly performance bonus payable for this role.
