Senior Care Night

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Provide high-quality care and leadership to our night-time team. Oversee resident care plans and ensure their well-being. Delegate tasks and support junior staff. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

What you’ll do

  • - Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

What we’re looking for

  • - NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
  • - At least 2 years’ experience in a care home environment, preferably in a senior position.
  • - Care Certificate preferred (but not essential).
  • - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • - Compassionate nature and ability to work under pressure.

Hours

- 33-44 hours per week (nights).
