#### A Note on Earnings

While our advertised base rate is £26k–£35k, *every single member of our field team earns well above this range thanks to the natural, organic overtime that comes with the role.* You’ll find that your actual earnings reflect the real effort you put in, without having to chase extra hours.

### What you’ll be doing:

• Installing loft flooring, insulation, hatches, and ladders — safely and cleanly.
• Using our software to track jobs, report progress, and keep comms tight.
• Representing us face-to-face with customers and leaving every space better than you found it.
• Maintaining your van, tools, and appearance to a high standard.
• Working almost always in teams—whether small or large—depending on the demands of the job. It’s extremely rare that you’ll work solo.

### What we’re looking for:

• A few years’ hands-on trade experience (lofts, carpentry, roofing, decking, or similar) is great — but the right mindset, personality, and pride matter the most.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Someone who shows up on time, thinks ahead, and takes responsibility.
• Clean, tidy, and presentable — customers notice the details.
• Respect for our customers, your tools, materials, and the people you work with.
• Happy to do occasional overtime or Saturdays on rotation.
