FULL DESCRIPTION

This part-time position offers an opportunity to work with outstanding students and take on meaningful residential roles with mentorship from experienced SEGL faculty. Responsibilities include evening and weekend dormitory supervision and working with the Residential Team on student life programming.

About the Position

This part-time position represents an extraordinary chance to help shape a school that is changing the world. The Part-Time Residential Advisor position offers an opportunity to work with outstanding students and to take on meaningful residential roles with mentorship from experienced SEGL faculty. This position will join the founding team of our London campus, and will be responsible for part-time weeknight evening and weekend supervision in our dormitory. University students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Residential Responsibilities

  • Regular evening and weekend dormitory supervision (1-2 evenings each week from 5-10pm and 1-2 weekend days each month, depending on availability)
  • Periodically working with the Residential Team on student life programming

Qualifications

  • Flexible and collaborative in a variety of circumstances, and able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Willing to accomplish both advanced and menial tasks with a positive attitude
  • Excited to work as part of a passionate, collegial, mission-driven team that celebrates diversity
  • Experience working with adolescents is preferred, though not required

Compensation

Commensurate with experience

All meals while on duty
