Luxury Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a serious and strong candidate that possesses the desire to deliver a luxury experience to our customers before and after sales. Working 5 days a week which includes Saturdays and extended hours (paid) over busy periods such as December. Experience in luxury sales is imperative and within a high value product market.

Key responsibilities & job role

• Competent with both in-person, telephone and online sales
• Delivering an expert customer service experience
• Confident and personable whilst enjoying humour with our customers is extremely important
• To support with daily administrative tasks such as product photography, stock keeping and postal orders
• Sharp eye for detail for both the store, stock and personal presentation
• Knowledge in reading a situation and understanding the clients needs
• Impressive vocabulary
• Clear cut organisation without fail

Commission per individual sale basis uncapped alongside performance bonus.

We will train and share knowledge to bring you up to our expert standards whilst also furthering your experience and knowledge with sales skills.

Legal boundaries:

• We require you to pass a DBS check.
• Signing of a non-disclosure agreement.
• Character reference from previous employer or member of the public under oath of HM.
• Disclosure of any past, current or future potential adverse financial situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
