We are now looking for a proactive and organised Staffing Coordinator to join our operations team in Bristol. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to grow your career while being at the heart of the events and hospitality industry.

  • Location: London (remote, but role will involve on-site work)
  • Job type: Full-time, permanent
  • Salary: £27,500 pa

Key Responsibilities

  • Staffing & Scheduling: Matching staff to client requirements and placing them into shifts.
  • Communication: Sharing shift details, role expectations, and updates with staff to ensure they are fully prepared.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Conducting Right to Work checks and ensuring all legal and regulatory standards are met.
  • Recruitment & Advertising: Promoting roles to attract new talent and maintaining a strong pipeline of staff.
  • Attendance & Reliability: Managing reminders, check-ins, and see-offs to maximise shift attendance.
  • On-Site Support: Coordinating teams at events, ensuring smooth arrivals and operations.
  • Out-of-Hours Support: Handling urgent staffing queries and last-minute changes when required.
  • Operations Support: Maintaining records, processing admin, and supporting portfolios as needed.

Skills & Experience

  • A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A keen interest in the events and hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
  • Must have a valid UK drivers licence and be willing to drive.
  • A willingness to work weekends, early mornings and evenings as and when needed.
  • Ambition to grow and develop in your role and career
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
