[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking Trainee Window Fitters to join their team, working alongside experienced fitters to install bespoke timber windows and doors. The role requires some knowledge of working with wood or site work, good attention to detail, and a clean UK driving license.
Vacancy: Trainee Window Fitter
Salary: Starting circa £28k - £35k per annum, depending on experience
Work Location: In person
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
[Employer hidden] is the market leader in the manufacture and installation of bespoke timber windows and doors for clients based across London and the South of England.
We are looking for new trainee Fitters to join our experienced team, working alongside them to help install our products and, over time, becoming Fitters in their own right.
The current average pay for experienced Fitters is circa £55,000 p/a
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Some knowledge of working with wood or site work
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- A determined and robust character who can get along with others
- Reliability in work over a reasonable period
- Be prepared to start early in the morning getting to Bracknell for 06:00
- Have the patience to work with our team and develop their skills steadily over time.
- Have a clean UK driving licence
- Two references will be necessary
