Your Role in Practice: A Typical Week at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]

Balance your time between proactive outreach and impactful one-to-one IAG sessions. Hold up to five Information, Advice, and Guidance appointments daily, dedicating an hour to uncovering each learner’s aspirations and aligning them with the right course. Partner with your Success Coach Manager and collaborate with referral partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve your goals. Manage your application caseload in our CRM, conduct compliance checks, and design personalised Career Action Plans with SMART targets each week. Work flexibly from home, travelling to local offices as needed.

What You'll Be Doing: Your Impact as an IAG Success Coach

Transform Lives Through Expert IAG Delivery:

  • Conduct comprehensive Information, Advice, and Guidance sessions via phone, Zoom, email, and SMS. Provide every learner with tailored support that aligns their career aspirations to our course offerings, directly driving their personal and professional growth.

Build Sustainable Career Pathways:

  • You will create individualised Career Action Plans with SMART targets and conduct mid-point and end-point reviews, tracking each learner's progress and supporting them through their educational journey to achieve their goals.

Drive Educational Access Through Quality IAG:

  • You will proactively contact applicants through multiple channels, complete thorough suitability assessments, and manage compliant enrolments, ensuring underrepresented groups, including carers, career changers, and job seekers, can access life-changing education.

Exceed Performance Standards:

  • You will achieve targets of enrolling 15 learners per week through quality-focused IAG delivery and effective CRM management, contributing directly to [Employer hidden]'s mission of removing barriers to adult education.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience)

Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering information, advice and guidance to adult learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all formats, including phone, video, email and messaging.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing caseloads effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Passion for helping people achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, and compliance principles.

Desirable:

  • A Level 2 or above IAG qualification.
  • Experience in adult education, training, or employability support.
  • A recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g. Level 3 AET).
  • Experience working in a target-driven learner or customer support environment

The Practicalities of Our Hybrid Model

Your home workspace

Your well-being is our priority. Complete a home workstation (DSE) assessment to ensure your remote setup remains safe and comfortable.

Expenses and Travel:

We are transparent about costs: the company does not cover household expenses, such as heating or broadband. Travel from your home to your primary office/delivery location is not a reimbursable expense. Occasional travel to local offices may be required as part of your nationwide role.

  • Hardware: Company laptop and phone.
  • Software: Access the Zoho CRM suite, Microsoft 365, and other platforms needed for your role.
