Join our Team as a Field Sales Executive

Location: UK, with travel to customer sites when required

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for tech and a talent for building new business? In this role, you’ll be engaging with medium-sized businesses and introducing them to our cutting-edge VoIP and connectivity solutions.

  • Experience selling Fixed-Line and Connectivity Solutions

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new business across the UK
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and pipeline activity
  • Spot cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Stay up to date with Gradwell’s product portfolio (VoIP/3CX, connectivity)
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Direct Sales
