Overview

We're seeking an innovative Senior Account Manager to lead advertising strategy and execution across our Paid Search flagship accounts. This role focuses on driving technical excellence for PPC, while passing on your knowledge to our group of Executives. You will be a mentor to our junior staff, organising them on account teams and be responsible for their development.

Job requirements

Proven commercial experience in paid search advertising

Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (£200K - £1M monthly)

Demonstrated experience with data analysis and recommendations

Proven track record of mentoring and developing early career team members

Outstanding client communication skills: managing competing priorities, challenging decisions where necessary and influencing outcomes

Effective prioritisation of tasks and delegation of responsibilities to team members, while considering the commercial impact of a project

Ability to organise client teams of 2+ individuals, establishing processes for day-to-day account management

Job responsibilities

Team organisation of account teams of 2 - 6 individuals, ensuring delivery and execution to a high standard across the team

Pastoral care of 2+ Executives: Establishing a career development plan with clear goals, tailored to each individual

Key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, ideation and ownership of strategic client meetings

Accountability for advanced changes in accounts, ensuring that team members are aware of what actions are being taken and why

Decision maker on advanced tests and experiments, ensuring that analysis & delivery are to the agency standard
