We are currently looking to recruit a Legionella Risk Assessor/ Environmental Services Consultant to manage an existing account base within the Southwest of the UK. If you are a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving business growth, we would love to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments to comply with ACoP L8, HSG 274 and further relevant documents across a range of commercial and industrial properties.
  • Produce all reports accurately and to a high standard, with clear recommendations for corrective actions and control measures.
  • Understand technical guidance and documentation.
  • Production of schematics.
  • You will need to be flexible in terms of travel with potential stayaways across the UK.
  • Be capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work to stringent turnaround times of reports.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in Water Hygiene and a minimum of 1 year role specific experience.
  • Candidates must have a relevant Legionella risk assessment qualification City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • The ability to work independently whilst also being a team player.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Full, UK driving licence.

  • The salary is between £28,000 & £36,000 per year, depending on your professional experience.
