Studio Administrator – Longevity Specialist

Job Description

As a Studio Administrator and Longevity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about infrared sauna benefits and studio services.
• Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and aftercare guidance.

Studio Operations:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in sauna rooms and common areas.
• Monitor sauna schedules and assist in coordinating appointments.
• Ensure sauna equipment is properly functioning and report any issues.

Assistance with Sessions:

• Assist clients in understanding and properly using sauna equipment.
• Monitor session durations and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Address client needs during sessions and ensure a comfortable experience.

Sales and Upselling:

• Promote studio memberships and packages to enhance customer loyalty.
• Provide information on additional wellness products or services offered.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Support with general administrative duties as needed.
• Wash, fold and replace white goods & towels

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• Basic knowledge of health and wellness concepts.
• Ability to handle transactions and use of a point-of-sale system.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance
