What You’ll Be Doing

As a Client Success Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Client Success Managers and ensuring our clients get the most out of our applications. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across client engagement, project coordination, and product support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Client Success Managers in developing strong client relationships and helping clients use our applications effectively
  • Scheduling and attending internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and coordinating follow-up actions
  • Working with clients to produce and track Change Requests
  • Preparing draft quotes for review, approval, and internal tracking through to completion
  • Coordinating release processes, including downtime planning and application testing
  • Building strong working relationships across teams and with clients
  • Logging and reviewing customer support calls, escalating where appropriate

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload
