What You’ll Do:
- Provide first and second-line support for enterprise SaaS applications, working with our large and varied client base.
- Get hands‑on with real production software.
- Troubleshoot issues & learn how systems run behind the scenes.
- Work closely with developers, SREs & product teams.
- Build skills in SQL, cloud, automation & modern tooling.

Working hours are:
7.5 hours between 6am and 10pm on a shift rota. Working a weekend in every 4 weeks (additional time will be given in lieu and additional shift allowance outside office hours)

[Employer hidden] will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of the work the business conducts, you must hold a UK nationality or meet the 5-year minimum residency criteria.
