What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first and second-line support for enterprise SaaS applications, working with our large and varied client base.
  • Get hands‑on with real production software.
  • Troubleshoot issues & learn how systems run behind the scenes.
  • Work closely with developers, SREs & product teams.
  • Build skills in SQL, cloud, automation & modern tooling.

Working hours are:

7.5 hours between 6am and 10pm on a shift rota. Working a weekend in every 4 weeks (additional time will be given in lieu and additional shift allowance outside office hours)
