The role involves Salesforce configuration and management, data management and governance, automation and AI implementation, integration and systems support, and training and enablement.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced experience with Flow Builder and complex automation design.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Lightning App Builder, custom objects, validation rules, permissions, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-powered solutions for enrichment, automation, or training.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system design.
