As part of our expanding Design Team, you’ll support the Technical Design Manager in producing accurate Revit drawings and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E /MEP) and building services. This includes HVAC, gas, electrical, water, and waste systems for high-end commercial kitchens and bars.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Revit experience who wants to develop expertise in Building Services design and BIM workflows.

We work with some of the most respected hotels and restaurants in the country, delivering full turnkey projects that combine innovative design, energy-efficient technologies, and high-quality construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate Revit drawings for commercial kitchen installations
• Assist in coordinating M&E and building services (ventilation, gas, electrical, water, waste)
• Attend site meetings and carry out surveys under supervision
• Maintain technical documentation throughout project stages
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the Technical Design Manager & wider Design Team to meet client specifications

The Fit:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Technically minded with good spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Eager to learn about Building Services design principles
• Organised and methodical in your approach
• A good communicator and team player
• Comfortable working with digital design tools
• Experienced in Revit!

Preferred background:

• Practical experience with Revit in a commercial/business environment is essential
• Experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Building Services design or drafting / draughting
• Qualification or studies in Building Services, Mechnical / Electrical Engineering, Design Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in technical drawing or drafting / draughting (academic or placement-based)
• Interest in further developing skills in Revit and BIM workflows
