Account Executive/Manager/Business Development
TDP is full-service Marketing Agency with data as its core and we build bespoke database for customers to grow their business. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve their business goals through creative and effective marketing solutions. We have a strong team ethos and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accoount Executive or Manager to join our team and help us grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Quality and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute client campaigns and ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
About you
You are a motivated sales professional with a passion for connecting with clients and driving results. You bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, ideally within the marketing industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A self-driven and goal-oriented attitude.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A degree in Business or Marketing (preferred but not essential).

- Competitive salary: £30,000-£65,000 per annum OTE (depending on experience)
