Manager/Supervisor

Position: EMEA & Australia Shipping and Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce operations across EMEA and Australia. You’ll manage the end-to-end process, ensuring timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and outstanding customer experience. This role is pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence for our global business.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Oversee order processing, inventory management, shipping logistics, and returns for our e-commerce platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including payment providers, shipping carriers, and third-party vendors.
  • Support budgeting and financial analysis for e-commerce operations.
  • Ensure prompt response to internal and external communications, especially time-sensitive requests.
  • Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure readiness for daily sales order volumes.
  • Negotiate rates and manage relationships with 3PL warehouse partners; review and approve invoices.
  • Manage contracts with freight providers and maintain accurate shipping rates in our systems.
  • Dispute and request credits for late or undelivered shipments.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control processes, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
  • Standardize and improve operational processes globally by collaborating with local and international teams.
  • Lead, train, and mentor direct reports, including Operations Associates and Regional Operations Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, with a track record of driving growth and efficiency.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and developing a team.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with international markets and global e-commerce platforms is a plus.
