Job Description

The Training Content & Delivery Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality training materials, delivering hands-on sessions, and supporting the rollout of training programs to a wide user base. This role requires strong subject-matter expertise and the ability to effectively guide and support trainers and end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training content, including instructional videos, hands-on demonstrations, and documentation for “train-the-trainer” programs.
  • Support the rollout and delivery of training sessions to users across the organization.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in GWCC and IPLM, providing guidance, clarification, and support to SMEs and learners.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide one-on-one or group support as needed.
  • Facilitate feedback collection to improve training materials and delivery methods.
  • Ideally be available for in-person sessions as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience developing training materials and delivering technical or system-specific training.
  • Strong expertise in GWCC and IPLM with the ability to answer in-depth user queries.
  • Experience training or mentoring users in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Availability for in-person training sessions when required (preferably London-based).
