Hi, We are currently looking for Salesforce Lead Developer for one of our renowned IT client based in London, UK. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. This role involves hands-on configuration, custom development, and system integrations to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business processes and functional requirements. Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Create and manage custom objects, reports, dashboards, and automation components. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability. Perform unit testing, debugging, and support deployments across Salesforce environments. Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Experience creating and managing custom objects and data models. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation in Salesforce.
