Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Tester with strong functional knowledge of Ariba processes and hands-on experience testing integrations with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes, along with proven experience in end-to-end testing across upstream and downstream Ariba modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive functional testing for SAP Ariba modules, including seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Apply strong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Ariba Network activities, and Guided Buying functionality.
  • Execute full end-to-end testing for SAP Ariba (Cloud) implementations integrated with SAP S/4HANA, with at least one complete project experience.
  • Develop detailed test cases, test scripts, and expected results for various integration scenarios.
  • Document interface mappings and transformation logic using tools such as SAP CIG, SAP PI/PO, or equivalent middleware.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for integrations between SAP Ariba upstream systems and S/4HANA.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for integrations between SAP Ariba downstream systems and S/4HANA.
  • Validate integration behavior and data consistency across SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA modules.
  • Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, test scenarios, defects, and test results.
  • Log, track, and manage defects in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM); perform retesting and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, integration specialists, and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear, structured testing updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba modules and associated business processes (S2C, P2P, Ariba Network, Guided Buying).
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation experience involving SAP Ariba (Cloud) integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience working on projects involving public sector banking or public fund management is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience documenting interface logic, workflows, and integration behavior.
  • Familiarity with middleware technologies such as SAP CIG, SAP PI/PO, and standard integration protocols.
  • Proficiency in test planning, execution, defect logging, and traceability management within SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
