Java Developer

We’re on the hunt for a Java Developer to join our team! A developer in this role will be responsible for creating and onboarding new project teams, integrating them into the client’s organisation, and providing a clear vision of the project and product.
This is a hybrid role – your time will be split between working from home and working in our client office in Glasgow or Newcastle office.

Technical requirements
Our ideal candidate will be proficient in the following skills – though we welcome all applicants, even if you don’t tick all the boxes:
- Java 8+
- Spring/Spring Boot
- Persistence Frameworks (Hibernate/Spring Data JPA/MyBatis)
- SQL (Postgres/MySQL/DB2/SQL Server)
- REST
- Git
- CI/CD familiarity (Jenkins/GitLab CI/Travis)
- Agile (Scrum/Kankan)
- NoSQL (Bonus)
- Angular/React (Bonus)
