Management Accountant (Fully Qualified)

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to support operational improvements
Manage VAT and other statutory reporting
Analyse product margins, distribution costs, and overheads
Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis
Track inventory valuation and oversee stock-related processes
Work closely with commercial teams to optimise working capital and stock levels
Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies
Support internal and external audits and maintain regulatory compliance
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights
Assist with strategic and operational improvement projects

Requirements

Fully qualified (CIMA or ACCA)
Line management experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
