We are looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, teamwork, and contributing to a practice that invests in its people and facilities.

We’re a friendly, well-established group with practices in Paisley and Greenock, and we’re growing fast. With exciting building projects, expanding clinical services, and a strong team culture, there’s never been a better time to become part of our team.

Who We Are

Across our two sites, our team includes:

  • 2 Head Receptionists & 11 Receptionists
  • 1 Credit Controller
  • 7 ACAs
  • 2 Head Nurses, 2 Senior Nurses & 7 Nurses
  • 21 Vets (including 4 Clinical Directors & 3 Senior Vets) – all active in full clinical roles
  • 1 Practice Manager & 1 Assistant Manager

Our vets and management team work across both practices, ensuring strong collaboration. Nursing and admin teams are based at their home practice with supportive cross-cover when needed.

Our Clinical Expertise

  • Ophthalmology referrals provided by Clinical Director Susan, who holds an ophthalmology certificate
  • Acupuncture services delivered by Clinical Director Andrew at Paisley, with another vet soon to be certified
  • Laparoscopic procedures performed at our Greenock branch by two trained vets
  • Regular visits from a veterinary sonographer every Tuesday (alternating sites)
  • Monthly veterinary cardiologist clinics at Greenock

Exciting Developments

Paisley: Full Building Refurbishment – Starting January   A major extension and redesign including:

  • Two separate theatres
  • Large prep area
  • Dental suite
  • Dedicated x-ray room
  • Farm animal examination space
  • 5 consult rooms
  • Separate cat waiting area
  • Expanded lab facilities

Greenock: Full refurb of the ward kennels, cattery and isolation currently underway.
