Service Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our Service Department and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving agreed financial and performance targets.

Responsibilities for Service Manager
- Lead and manage all service department operations to achieve budget, profit, and performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, company, and warranty standards and processes.
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, appraisals, and team development.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs, reporting to senior management as required.
- Handle customer complaints and manage goodwill budgets appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant working environment.
Requirements for Service Manager
- Proven experience in a Service Manager or Aftersales leadership role (automotive preferred).
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and performance targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturer standards, warranty, and goodwill processes.
- Flexible approach to working hours and business needs.
