Field Service Engineer (NL/UK)

Duties:

In the position of Employee Technical Service/ Field Service Engineer, you will work closely with account managers, Sales department and Logistics/ Customer Support department. Thus, you will be involved in the supply, production and maintenance of analytical laboratory equipment and condition monitoring equipment for use in industry and shipping.

Who we are looking for:

• You can solve technical issues, give professional advice and are service-oriented.
• You have an HBO thinking level and have at least a completed MBO+ measurement and control engineering education (or comparable demonstrable level).
• You are looking for a position in which you can further develop yourself and increase your technical knowledge.
• You can work independently but you are also a team player.
• You like to travel regularly (mainly within Europe).
• You have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
• You enjoy working in the world of (petro)chemistry.

Other applicable skills/knowledge needed:

• Work with multimeter and diverse measuring tools for temperature, flow, pressure, etc.
• Experience with electronics, soldering, and troubleshooting
• Good working knowledge of precision mechanics
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Experience with installing software (affinity with IT)
• Knowledge of German language is a plus
• Reading electrical and mechanical schematics
• Work organized and accurately
